Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Yarrio, a file sharing service available on Telegram and at https://yarrio.me, operated by kumar ("we", "us"). By using Yarrio you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the Telegram Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and be permitted to use Telegram where you live.

2. The service

Yarrio lets you share files through links and control who can open them, for how long and how often. Features and limits may differ between the Free and Plus plans and may change over time. We may add, change or withdraw features at any time.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to the files you share. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and deliver them to the people you share them with.
• You are responsible for the files you share and the links you distribute.
• You confirm that you own the files you share or have every right and permission needed to share them.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Yarrio to share, request or promote:

• material that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, including films, series, paid courses, software, games or books distributed without the rights holder's permission
• child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors
• intimate images of any person shared without their consent
• malware, phishing material or tools designed to compromise devices or accounts
• personal data of others shared without their consent
• content that promotes terrorism, violence, hatred or self-harm, or that facilitates the sale of illegal goods or services
• anything else that is unlawful in India or in your jurisdiction

You must also not attempt to bypass limits, abuse reporting tools, interfere with the service or access it through automated means we have not approved.

5. Reports, removals and account action

• Anyone can report a link. We review reports and may pause a link while a review is in progress.
• We may remove content, disable links, restrict features or suspend accounts that breach these Terms, at our discretion.
• Removed files may be prevented from being shared again. Repeated breaches, or a single serious breach, result in permanent suspension.
• We act on valid orders from courts and government authorities within the time required by law, and we may report illegal content to the relevant authorities.
• You can appeal a decision with /appeal in the bot or by contacting our Grievance Officer.

6. Plus subscription

• Plus is a recurring monthly subscription paid in Telegram Stars through Telegram. You can cancel at any time in your Telegram settings; Plus stays active until the end of the paid period.
• If we fail to provide the features you paid for, contact us through /paysupport and we will refund your Stars.
• Prices may change. Changes apply from your next billing period.

7. Availability and no warranty

Yarrio is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service or any file will always be available, and Yarrio is not a backup or archival service. Keep your own copies of anything important. The service depends on Telegram, and its availability is also subject to Telegram's.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of Yarrio. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for any claims, losses or costs arising from content you share or from your breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using Yarrio at any time and delete your data with /deleteme. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the bot. Continuing to use Yarrio after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kanpur have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
